KuCoin temporarily suspended deposits on the QKC Mainnet and CAMP Mainnet on September 17, 2026 for essential maintenance. The exchange says it will not necessarily publish a separate announcement when deposit service is restored.

If you already sent a deposit

First verify the transaction on the relevant block explorer and confirm that the destination address and network were correct. A successful on-chain transaction does not guarantee immediate exchange credit while a deposit wallet is under maintenance.

What not to do

Do not send repeated deposits to test whether the service is back. Wait until the KuCoin deposit interface shows the network as available. Anyone offering to “unlock” a deposit through a private chat, recovery fee or seed phrase is not part of the normal exchange-crediting process.

How to monitor restoration

Because KuCoin says a further restoration announcement may not be issued, the most practical signal is the deposit page itself. Check that the network can be selected and that KuCoin displays a current deposit address before initiating a new transfer.
